Problems Of Laziness

This is a post from a phone and you should be expecting more because I don't have a computer with me so bear with my format.

Phone is limited and it's a sad thing.

So to the subject-
I'm too lazy.
You see, blogging is easy. Just type and talk. But it's like, you must have the will.
I have the will. But I can't move to do it.

my mind and body isn't connected
#sadlife

How do we solve this? get active! Exercise more they say, eat healthy they say!
It's harder than you think. I've been trying to change for 2 years.
Two years.

If you have tips- throw it at me.

About laziness.... well.. It's not simple to throw bad habits. Once you throw it away, you still need to start a new habit.
A good habit.

  1. Healthy eating is true though. What you are eating is contributing to how you are feeling… Your body is made up of completely new cells, than the ones that were used 7 years earlier… How are you molding yourself for the future?

    Also, what you're thinking… You may be thinking and believing lies, that are leading to this. We have thousands of thoughts a day? How many of those thoughts are just straight up not true?

      I was thinking about that recently, thank you so much for these little tips.
      I am trying to change my life style and sometimes I do believe in lies quite easily ( gullible me ). Once again, thanks for the tip ^^
